At Paraíso Plant Studio, we want your home to thrive with our greenery; however, if your plant arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with your decor, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that live plants must be returned in their original nursery pots to be eligible for a refund.
Document Condition
Take clear photos of the plant or home accessory, especially if there is damage or signs of stress from transit, to help us process your request.
Contact Support
Email our plant care team at hello@paraisoplant.studio with your order number and photos to receive a return authorization and shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely and in healthy condition.
Refund Processing
Once our botanists inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
